What they learn
Fun first, skills that last
- Listening and taking turns: the same warm-up and bowing routine every week, so young kids feel safe.
- Balance and coordination: kicking, jumping and agility games.
- Safe from day one: preschool classes are non-contact. Kicks go into pads and targets, never at each other.
- Parents welcome: watch from our viewing area. Many parents stay for the first few weeks.
For the first class, bring comfortable clothes and a water bottle. We train barefoot on mats.
