Martial Arts Birthday Parties in Calgary
The birthday where guests get to break a real board. A black-belt host runs the games and leads the kicks โ you bring the cake and the camera. Parties run Saturdays from 2:00 pm.
How it works
A fully hosted party on the mats
Taekwondo games. A Red Phoenix black belt runs games, target kicking and a mini-lesson pitched to the group's age. No experience needed.
Board breaking. Guests get coached through breaking a board with a hand or foot strike โ the moment everyone remembers.
Your celebration. Tell us your group size and plans for cake and presents, and we'll help you put the day together.

Party questions
What ages work best?
School-age kids have a blast, and we adjust the games for younger or older groups. Tell us the ages when you book.
Do guests need martial arts experience?
Not at all. Everything is taught on the spot by a black-belt host.
Is board breaking safe for kids?
Yes. Boards are matched to each child's age, and every child is coached individually.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can โ parties run Saturdays from 2:00 pm and dates go fast. Send a party request and we'll confirm availability.
