What to expect
Three steps, zero pressure
Pick a class
Use the form below (or call) and tell us the student's age. Trial classes are by appointment β children on Mondays at 3:10 pm, adults on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:45 pm β and we'll match you to the right slot on the schedule and confirm by email or text within one business day.
Show up & train
Arrive 10 minutes early. Your student joins the real class β warm-up, kicks, games β while you watch from the viewing area. Nervous kids can watch first; that counts too.
Talk with Grand Master Cha
After class, a few honest minutes: where your student fits, what progress looks like, and what it costs. Then you go home and decide. That's it.
Come prepared
What to wear & bring
- Comfortable athletic clothes β t-shirt and joggers or shorts. No uniform needed for the trial.
- Bare feet β we train barefoot on mats; shoes come off at the door.
- Water bottle β kicking is thirstier than it looks.
- Long hair tied back, no jewellery β standard mat safety.
- Ten early minutes β to sign the waiver and meet the instructor.

Parent FAQ
Before your first visit
Does the trial really cost nothing?
Nothing, and there's no obligation afterward. We book trials because a real class answers questions a website can't.
My child refuses to join in. What happens?
Totally normal, especially under 7. They can watch from the bench with you β watching counts as a first visit, and most kids step on the mat by visit two.
Can siblings try on the same day?
Yes β note it in the form and we'll book them into their own age groups, back to back where possible.
Where do I park?
Free parking directly in front of unit 104 at 620 - 46 Avenue NE, with overflow street parking on 46 Avenue. Details on the contact page.
What if we need to reschedule?
Just reply to your confirmation email or call the front desk β trials reschedule freely, no questions asked.
